All items must actually belong to the consignee and have their sole discretion as to how they are consigned.

All clothing must be cleaned according to the care label and be free from smells and/or pet hair before being brought to the store. See attached form for consignment specifications.

All toys must be cleaned and in working order before being brought to the store. See attached form for consignment specifications.

All décor and furniture items must meet CSA standards for safety and be clean and in working order before being brought to the store. See attached form for consignment specifications.

All items will be displayed in-store for a minimum of one month after being received and displayed.

Unless contacted by the consignee to advise otherwise, at end of first month items may be automatically discounted up to 25%, at end of second month items may be automatically discounted up to 50% and at end of third month items may reduced to $1.00 or donated to charity at the sole discretion of Growing with Giggles management.

If consignee chooses to terminate consignment after initial 30 day period then items will be pulled and set aside for pick-up without penalty. Any items remaining for one month after consignee has been contacted to pick-up will become property of Growing with Giggles and may be sold to recover inventory costs or donated to charity.
